Atty. Elvin B. Villanueva is a litigation lawyer specializing in labor laws. He graduated from Arellano University School of Law with honors. He was a recipient of the Supreme Court award for his essay on the Role of the Rule of Law in National Development.

He is an author of several books on labor like the Guide to Valid Dismissal of Employees, Guide on Employee Compensation and Benefits (Volumes One and Two), Human Resource Forms, Notices and Contracts (Volumes One and Two), Employee Transfer and Demotion, Guide to Valid Job Contracting and Subcontracting, Code of Discipline, among others.

He handles litigation for criminal and civil cases as well as appellate practice with the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.
